Owner: Yale University
Silliman is the largest College at Yale, occupying a full city block. Yale University contracted with G.L. Capasso Inc. to restore the exterior façade at Silliman College. In order to access the work, G.L. Capasso Inc. self performed all of the scaffold erection. Hundreds of detailed and decorative stone were fabricated and installed. Custom brick and stone site walls were installed. Our firm self performed all aspects of the façade restoration, such as setting scaffolding, removing stone, fabricating stones, re-setting stone, cutting and pointing, cleaning and caulking. G.L. Capasso met the tight project schedule and the work was done to the full satisfaction of the owner and consultant.
