GL Capasso Restoration, Inc. is recognized as a leader in the exterior building restoration and high-rise maintenance industry in the Northeastern United States. Giuseppe Capasso established G&L Capasso Restoration, Inc. in 1970 as a small masonry-contracting firm. Since that time our operations have expanded to include a broad range of building masonry and consulting services.

Giuseppe Capasso founded G&L Capasso Restoration with a great respect for outstanding brick and stone buildings. In 1960 Giuseppe came to this country with nothing but the true art of stone cutting and carving. He learned masonry in his native Messacola, Italy, starting at age 11 sweeping up after his uncle. By age 15 he was a full-fledged mason earning $2.00 a day.

Time has passed since Mr. Capasso stepped off the boat, but at G&L Capasso Restoration we know about old buildings and emulate the work of yesteryear's artisans through his knowledge. He has taught all the secrets of his trade to his oldest son Vincent, who is now a supervisor with the company.
